  7. Children should be allowed to make up their own mind. Parents should not brainwash them with their religion before they have the capacity to comprehend what religion is fundamentally about.

  12. First, you are a discriminating racist.

Second, they are not “pussies” or cowardly, they are tolerant and believe in the power of words rather than in the power force.

  15. 2:20, thank you Dawkins. We may not agree with the existance of God, but really, in everything else…haha.

Dawkins nailed it. It should be your individual desicion. Sending your kid to a school that only reflects your views is, (IMHO) something detestable.

If you believe in a faith, that’s great! Tell your kids why you chose it’s tennets and what it means to you.

But send them to waste their time on it…nah…

  16. -sigh-Keep religion (or lack of) to yourself people. School is that for learning facts. Since you cannot prove or disprove God, it is up to the individual to either believe or disbelieve.

Honestly, if we taught any religion in school, there’d be so many objections, the least of which would be how to even interpret a religious text.

    >_>

  17. God came to me the other day and said ”Todd, I will give you everything.” I said ”where will I fucking put it.” Then he said ”Todd, I will give you my soul.” So I gave him my soul, my fucking ass-soul.
    Charles Darwin… lest we forget.

  22. How is religion going to stop the ‘growing scientific knowledge’. It is now a contest, science doesn’t care about religion.

  24. It doesn’t matter from what religion or lack of religion education evolved from, it must continue to evolve in order to keep up with our growing scientific knowledge. Religion is not scientific.
