   you have a choice in life(I’d like to note if your in your mid 20s like me, you have around 17800 days to live, the average life of a human being)

   I’d rather see the world in a positive view, and if some bad things happen, which they will, dont worry or feel sad/worried/down because of what happened, focus on solving the problem, getting it done, whatever.

   Approach things in a positive view, bad or good situation

   the key to having a good day is not to focus on the bad things that happen ( car wreck for example), but focus on the good things that happen that, day ( no one possibly was hurt, or some stranger ran to the rescue).. I know its hard sometimes, but if you force yourself to do this it helps you go home happy. I’m just glad that I’m not alone judging from all the other comments . This is what makes the world go round.

    breathe deep and tense every muscle in your body and hold it for as long as you can. when you release your muscles, exhale slowly. this always helps me : ) Focus on your breathing, keep your mind clear.

    Monkey mind – don’t fight the twitching and tensing. The more effort you put into stopping it the more it will happen and the more frustrating it becomes. Welcome the twitching and thank it for reminding you of your body. Welcome your random thoughts and thank them for floating by. Just by the simple shift of welcoming the distractions instead of being frustrated by them, you’ll find your meditations will naturally start going deeper…

    Can anyone advise me on how to further relax? I find music like this relaxing, but i can’t relax enough for meditation. Everytime i try, i just end up twitching and tensing, despite my best efforts. Is there any way i can move forward? (I’m only young and not able to freely pursue my intrests yet, so going to places is not an option.
