    She agreed to the sale like most stars do because once something is leaked on the internet it is there forever. So why not at least get something out of it, if people are watching it anyways? Only semi way to get it removed from the waves if it was to claim that you were underage in the video like in Prejean’s case. Both intentions were the same but different outcomes and situations.

    Wrong again.

    An action is also judged by the intention. Hilton agreed to the sale of her sex tape for profits, as many celebrities do. It was definitely not filmed with the sole intention of being a private gift for her boyfriend.

    And the kicker for the issue was that Prejean was 17. Technically, none of this should be under record, and the people distributing it should be facing child pornography charges.

    Nice try with the ad-hom attack, but you’re dead wrong. Hilton =/= Prejean

    after that whole Miss America or Miss USA thing, she should’ve stayed out of the limelight. She was praised for speaking out her freedom of speech and opinion and now this whole thing blew up to this. She knew she had skeletons in her closet, as does everyone, and that eventually, the media would expose it. The media is brutal when it comes to scrutinizing someone’s personal life yet she seems to like the limelight. American society is simply sad. “They” were right about us being just that
